Senior Product Designer

The Senior Product Designer will conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to guide design decisions, while also leading the evolution of the design system for consistency and scalability. They will collaborate cross-functionally to ensure designs are practical, elegant, and evidence-based, iterating based on feedback and insights.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to guide design decisions
- Analyse competitor products and market trends to inform UX strategy
- Translate qualitative and quantitative insights into clear user flows, interactions, and high-fidelity UI
- Create accessible, polished interfaces with attention to hierarchy, typography, spacing, and detail
- Build and evolve scalable, insight-driven design systems
Requirements
- Proven experience designing digital products end-to-end using a research and data-driven approach
- Strong skills in user research, competitor analysis, and translating insights into design
- Expertise in interaction design, usability principles, and evidence-based decision-making
- Experience working in agile, cross-functional product teams
- Exceptional UI design skills with a strong understanding of typography, layout, hierarchy, and accessibility
