This role leads the design and creative execution of CRM and lifecycle marketing communications, including designing responsive email templates and developing scalable CRM design systems. The Lead Designer collaborates closely with marketing, product, and engineering teams to translate strategies into high-performing visual solutions that drive engagement and conversion.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and creative execution of CRM and lifecycle marketing communications
- Design responsive email templates and campaign creative optimized for multiple devices and inbox environments
- Develop scalable CRM design systems and modular email templates
- Collaborate closely with CRM marketing, product, engineering, and analytics teams
- Translate marketing briefs and customer insights into high-performing visual solutions
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in digital design, CRM design, or lifecycle marketing design
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Working knowledge of HTML5 and responsive email design
- Strong understanding of email client rendering behaviors, responsive email frameworks, and accessibility standards
