CBS-BMC-Creative Services-Supervising Associate-Senior Graphic Designer

The Senior Associate will conceptualize and design various branding materials, including brochures, presentations, and social media collaterals, while ensuring alignment with EY brand objectives. This role involves liaising with coordinators and art directors to translate creative concepts into effective visual assets across multiple media platforms.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design branding materials, such as brochures, placemats, illustrations, layouts, infographics, on-screen presentations, proposals, and social media collaterals
• Communicate effectively with customers while understanding design briefs and sharing ideas
• Provide unique, innovative, and effective design concepts to customers with a solution-driven mindset
• Meet and exceed defined expectations in terms of aesthetics, quality, turnaround time, and efficiency
• Adhere to EY brand standards and remain cognizant of visual as well as verbal guidelines
• Mentor junior team members on best practices around applying creativity in production environment
• Stay up to date with latest design trends, socialize and advocate the same to teams/customers
• Seamlessly manage multiple creative projects simultaneously
• Work with minimal supervision and guidance

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or college diploma (preferably in Graphic Design or related discipline)
• 10+ years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe Document Cloud (Interactive Media)
• Strong visual design capability
• Team management experience
