Senior Product Designer - KICK

The Senior Product Designer will lead the end-to-end design process for their product area, transforming complex requirements into intuitive, scalable, and engaging user solutions. This role involves close collaboration with Product and Engineering teams, mentoring junior designers, and actively contributing to the evolution of KICKās design systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design for your product area, from research and ideation to prototyping, UI design and delivery
- Translate complex requirements into engaging, user-focused solutions while upholding high visual and interaction standards consistent with KICKās design system and brand
- Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure seamless handoff, implementation and QA, applying systems thinking to create scalable, reusable components
- Run or participate in user testing, concept validation and feedback sessions, turning insights into actionable, data-informed design decisions that balance user needs and business goals
- Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering and other Designers to shape roadmap priorities, define success and present work clearly to build stakeholder alignment and confidence
Requirements
- 5+ yearsā experience in product design, ideally within a tech, entertainment or streaming environment
- Proven ability to design and deliver exceptional digital products end-to-end
- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in UX/ UI interaction design
- Experience designing for omnichannel environments, including mobile and TV apps is a strong advantage
- Interest or knowledge in streaming, gaming or emerging technologies such as AI
- Strong communicator who can clearly articulate design decisions and rationale
- Analytical and strategic mindset, able to connect design work to business and product outcomes
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple projects and priorities
