The Senior Product Designer will lead end-to-end design across consumer and business surfaces, collaborating with Product Managers and engineers to create seamless journeys across iOS, Android, and web platforms. They will also be responsible for developing deep user empathy, defining visual identity, and rapidly testing and iterating on features based on real-world feedback.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design across consumer and business surfaces — from discovery to high-fidelity execution
- Collaborate with PMs and engineers to design seamless journeys across iOS, Android, and web
- Develop deep user empathy and translate insight into experiences that feel intuitive and delightful
- Help define and evolve our visual identity, product tone, and system-wide design patterns
- Rapidly test, ship, and iterate on features using real-world feedback and tight product loops
Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience
- Portfolio that shows taste, craft, and real-world impact
- Strong interaction and visual design skills, across platforms (mobile, desktop, responsive)
- Experience working within or evolving a design system
- Bias for simplicity and speed — you know when to ship fast and when to polish
- Clear communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain your thinking and influence decisions
