UI / UX Designer (m/w/d)

The UX/UI Designer will be responsible for the continuous improvement of the doctor platform, focusing on doctor partnerships and integrations, by creating wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and designs for new features and optimizations. They will actively support user-centered research, analyze feedback and data to derive design hypotheses, and ensure technical feasibility through close collaboration with development.

Responsibilities

• Concept and design of new features and optimizations
• Support in planning, conducting and analyzing qualitative and quantitative research methods
• Data analysis to derive hypotheses for design decisions
• Collaboration with designers, product managers and stakeholders
• Design system development and maintenance
• Creation of wireframes, user flows and interactive prototypes

Requirements

• Native-level German language skills
• Very good English skills
• Completed studies in UX design, interaction design, media informatics, human-computer interaction or a comparable qualification
• 3-4 years of practical experience in UX/UI design
• Portfolio with work samples that demonstrate UX design process and skills
• Familiarity with common design tools such as Figma, FigJam, etc.
• User-centric design approach
• Team player with good communication skills
