The Senior Product Designer will own problems end-to-end, from initial brief to shipped experience across comparison, financial advisory, and discovery surfaces. This includes conducting research, synthesizing user insights into clear problem statements, and delivering high-quality, technically feasible wireframes, prototypes, and final UI.
Responsibilities
- Own problems end-to-end, from fuzzy brief to shipped experience, across comparison, financial advisory, and discovery surfaces
- Do the research, make the call, synthesise user insights into clear problem statements and design decisions
- Deliver the craft, high-quality wireframes, prototypes, and final UI that are thoughtful, precise, and technically feasible
- Push back when it matters, challenge assumptions, ask the uncomfortable questions, and advocate for the right solution
- Float well across squads, partner with dedicated PMs and engineers, and actively shape design culture and practice
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product design
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership across complex, user-facing products
- Comfortable starting from a blank slate, shaping problem spaces, and making strategic design decisions with incomplete information
- Exceptional communication skills
- Deep fluency in UX/UI principles, interaction design, and user research methodologies
- High craft standards for visual design and attention to detail
- Independence and problem-solving skills
- AI literacy and foundational understanding of how AI/ML systems work
