Responsibilities
- Translate user insights into clear user needs and UX concepts
- Work within an established design system
- Ensure accessibility adaptation in design

- Document work in a structured and traceable way
- Collaborate closely with product owners, business representatives, and development teams
Requirements
- Documented experience of UX design in complex system environments
- Experience with Figma, Jira, and Confluence
- Experience of translating user insights into design solutions
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams with business, product, and development
- Experience with accessibility adaptation in UX
- Experience working within existing design systems
- Experience with prototyping and application design
- Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
