Coles Local Graphic Designer - Fixed Term Contract

The role involves designing and developing creative concepts across print, digital, in-store activations, and POS materials while managing design projects end-to-end from briefing through to final delivery. Responsibilities also include preparing print-ready artwork and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure creative solutions meet project objectives.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop creative concepts across print, digital, in-store activations and POS materials
• Manage design projects end-to-end — from briefing and discovery sessions to execution and delivery
• Prepare print-ready artwork with advanced knowledge of print production processes
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to ensure creative solutions meet project objectives
• Produce documentation and materials for point-of-sale projects within the built retail environment

Requirements

• 7-10+ years of professional graphic design or studio experience
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and presentation skills
• Advanced typography skills with outstanding attention to detail
• Experience delivering POS, retail or built-environment projects
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop and MS Office
• Familiarity with architectural drawings (scales, sections, plans, elevations)
