Graphic Designer

The primary focus is production design, involving updating digital in-store menu boards for rotating flavors and maintaining consistency across retail marketing assets like signage and flyers using established templates. The role requires efficiently executing design updates and implementing feedback received from the Traffic Coordinator based on requests from franchise stores.

Responsibilities

• Update digital in-store menu boards across 40+ franchise locations as flavors rotate monthly
• Work within existing templates and brand guidelines to maintain visual consistency across stores
• Adjust layouts when flavors are added, removed, or reordered
• Update in-store signage, flyers, and promotional materials used across franchise locations
• Resize and adapt existing graphics for new store openings and retail displays

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in graphic design, production design, or a similar creative role
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and comfortable working within layered files and templates
• Experience working within brand guidelines and design systems to maintain visual consistency
• Ability to handle high-volume production design work while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong written English communication skills and ability to collaborate with a remote U.S.-based team
