Responsibilities
- Designing high-quality visual assets representing the strategic positioning of Waters' brand across channels, including internal and external campaigns/messaging
- Creating innovative designs and concepts for campaigns or initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and using data analysis to understand what is working and what is not
- Translating creative briefs and business objectives into clear, compelling visual concepts and executions
- Applying and evolving brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all touchpoints
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Arts/Communications
- 5-7 years of experience in graphic design/branding, or strategic design roles
- Proficient in using industry-standard tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
- Strong creative aesthetic and development experience across integrated channels (e.g., PowerPoint, digital, web, events, etc.)
- Skilled in project management and ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Team player who can work independently and take direction
