Senior Graphic Designer (UI/UX & Digital Marketing), Legal Marketing

The Senior Graphic Designer will be responsible for the creation, maintenance, and optimization of all website marketing assets, landing pages, and digital campaigns, focusing on maintaining elite design standards and ensuring projects are conversion-focused. This includes designing high-fidelity mockups, executing UI/UX optimizations based on best practices, and contributing to the agency's most complex design projects.
Responsibilities
- Design high-fidelity mockups for home pages, landing pages, internal pages, and special projects that prioritize user experience and conversion
- Execute solutions and improvements based on current web trends, mobile layout structures, and usability best practices
- Take ownership of the visual quality of client websites, ensuring every page is neatly and professionally styled with supporting graphics throughout the content
- Contribute to the agency's most complex design projects, delivering pixel-perfect assets that meet rigorous professional standards
- Identify and resolve complex design or layout issues, ensuring seamless visual performance across all digital platforms
- Partner regularly with the creative and marketing teams to iterate on designs and deliver high-quality visuals on tight deadlines
- Work within WordPress environments and utilize basic HTML/CSS knowledge to ensure design feasibility and proper styling
Requirements
- 5-10 years of professional experience in UI/UX and digital marketing design
- Agency experience is a significant plus
- Bachelor's Degree in Design or a related field
- A comprehensive portfolio demonstrating versatility and mastery across web, mobile, and integrated digital marketing work
- Expert proficiency in Figma and the Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, XD, Illustrator)
- Strong experience working with WordPress and a solid understanding of current web layout trends and mobile structure
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge and a dedicated willingness to continue learning in the digital space
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (C1 certification required)
