The Senior Product Designer will define design requirements with product owners, create UX deliverables like wireframes and user flows to re-envision financial processes, and develop intuitive interfaces through prototypes. They must also develop scalable design foundations applicable across various loan offerings.
Responsibilities
- Work with team to define design requirements with the product owners
- Create wireframes, user flows, sitemaps, specifications, and other UX design deliverables to re-envision financial process like loan origination and home transactions
- Design intuitive interfaces through prototypes
- Develop design foundations that are scalable across our diverse customer base and applicable to various loan application offerings
Requirements
- Demonstrate expert English language skills
- Strong years of experience as a Product Designer
- Experience as a Lead Designer; guiding clients, projects and people
- Portfolio must demonstrate excellence in experience in solving, designing and shipping successful digital products and services
- Strong experience with Design best practices
- Strong experience with Design Systems and documentation
- Experience in designing thoughtful UX and defining strategy through cross-functional collaboration and alignment
- Experience with research and testing, strategic planning, ideation
- Strong problem-solving ability amidst complex challenges
- A strong communicator and collaborator, capable of balancing engineering, customer, and product considerations with user needs
- Bachelor’s degree with focus in these related areas of study: HCI, Interaction Design, Art Direction, or a design-focused qualification
