Senior Product Designer – UI & Design System Focus

The role involves hands-on design execution to elevate digital product visual quality, ensure consistency across platforms, and actively contribute to the development and maintenance of the design system. Responsibilities also include creating prototypes and improving existing product experiences through iterative cycles based on feedback and data.
Responsibilities
- UI & Visual Execution (Hands-on): Design concrete features and user flows in close collaboration with developers
- Elevate the visual quality of digital products through own design work
- Ensure visual consistency and usability across web and mobile experiences
- Deliver production-ready designs and specifications ready for implementation
- Contribute actively to the development and evolution of the design system
- Define and document components, patterns, and design tokens
- Collaborate closely with developers to ensure consistent implementation
- Help ensure the design system is used and maintained in everyday product development
Requirements
- Solid experience with product design for digital products
- Strong UI and visual design craftsmanship
- Hands-on experience working with design systems
- Works effectively with developers and understands implementation constraints
- Experience delivering designs in an agile product development environment
- Pragmatic and solution-oriented mindset
- Communicates design decisions clearly and confidently
