Senior Product Designer I, Handshake AI

The Senior Product Designer will operate at the front lines between clients, operators, and the product team, shaping experiences for Handshake AI's expert-labeled data collection at scale. This involves tackling design challenges, stabilizing existing features, shipping pragmatic solutions, and partnering with cross-functional teams to design solutions for emerging AI capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Partner closely with product, engineering, and operations teams
- Work closely with customer and internal teams to understand their needs
- Own the end-to-end design process
- Design tailored solutions for complex customer needs
- Rapidly prototype and validate workflows
- Deliver thoughtful visual and interaction design
- Clearly communicate design decisions, tradeoffs, and rationale
Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience
- Experience partnering closely with product, engineering, data, and research
- Experience working closely with customers
- Able to synthesize research, data, business goals, technical constraints, and customer needs into thoughtful solutions
- Strong visual and interaction design craft
