
UX Designer: Desktop and Web products

The UX Designer will be responsible for translating complex geotechnical engineering processes into structured workflows and scalable interaction models for both desktop and web products. This includes designing interfaces to clearly communicate complex data, identifying usability issues, and modernizing legacy desktop interfaces while maintaining consistency across products.
Responsibilities
- Design complex technical workflows and scalable interaction models
- Design interfaces that clearly communicate complex data and system states
- Identify structural usability issues and optimize interaction logic
- Modernize and systematize UI toward modern UX standards
- Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma
- Collaborate with teams and communicate design rationale to technical stakeholders
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in UX design for complex products
- Proficiency in Figma across the full design process
- Proficiency in using AI tools to synthesize complex technical workflows
- Comfort working in iterative, engineering-driven environments
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
- Attention to visual hierarchy, consistency, and interaction detail
