The role involves architecting the interaction between engineering customers and the agentic AI, Archie, by defining logic, conversational flows, and rigorous design systems. Responsibilities include leading UX research, shaping AI communication, and bridging design with the technical engineering pipeline.
Responsibilities
- Define the Logic: map out workflows, common paths, and edge-case branches
- Design for Conversation: shape how Archie communicates
- Bridge Design and Engineering: work within a real technical pipeline
- Build the Signal: lead UX research and instrumentation
- Champion the Hardware Persona: immerse yourself in the world of mechanical engineering
Requirements
- 4â7+ Years of Experience shipping designs in complex, high-stakes domains
- A 'Systems First' Mindset: prioritizing 'How does this work?' over 'How does this look?'
- Frontend Development Skills: ability to ship what you design
- Confident Autonomy: comfortable being the 'Product Owner' of design
- Analytical Rigor: experience using front-end analytics and session replay tools
