Lead UX Designer

The Lead UX Designer will design solutions for consumer biosensor products, focusing on helping users manage health through data insights related to glucose, nutrition, activity, and sleep. This involves leading design from concept through engineering handover while collaborating with cross-functional teams like Product Management, Engineering, and Regulatory.
Responsibilities
- Work with key cross-functional stakeholders to understand business priorities, define problem statements, requirements, and user needs
- Lead workshops, contribute to strategy discussions, capture design requirements, and clarify feasibility considerations
- Manage design handover to engineering and documentation
- Translate raw data into meaningful insights
- Help plan and support research and testing activities through collaboration with our User Research and Human Factors teams
Requirements
- Prior experience as a Senior or Lead UX Designer on multiple products
- 6+ years industry work experience in a design and/or UX-related role
- Portfolio of work demonstrating exceptional UX design skill and design process
- Bachelor's Degree in the field of Human Computer Interaction (HCI), Interactive Design, Industrial Design, Cognitive Science, or another design-related field
- Experience designing mobile apps and familiarity with Material Design / iOS HIG
- Experience with modern design and prototyping tools including Figma and Sketch
