The Senior Product Designer will be responsible for elevating the quality of UX and UI design for digital experiences aimed at Merchant and Network customers. This involves closely partnering with Product, Research, Analytics, Marketing, and Engineering teams to define, create, and ensure proper implementation of designs.

Responsibilities

  • Elevate the overall quality of UX and UI design of digital experiences for Merchants and Network customers
  • Partner closely with the Product, Research, Analytics, Marketing, and Engineering teams to define and create designs
  • Deliver designs and work with Engineering to ensure proper implementation
  • Develop insight-driven solutions by partnering with Researchers and Analytics team
  • Transform ideas, business opportunities, partner feedback, and research into a vision that provides a clear, useful, and desirable outcome for users
  • Regularly share designs and review the work of other team members to gain insights, feedback, and drive cross-team collaboration

Requirements

  • 5+ years professional experience
  • Experience working closely with product and engineering teams in an agile environment
  • Exceptional skills in UX and Interaction design
  • Mastery of Figma, design and prototyping tools
  • Experience utilizing or contributing to design systems and DesignOps
  • Experience managing and prioritizing multiple projects
  • Experience communicating to business partners how design delivers on user and business goals
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or relevant work experience
