Product Designer

The role involves designing end-to-end user experiences for complex features like document review and analytics, requiring deep collaboration with product managers and engineers throughout the agile development cycle. Responsibilities are split between user research, design/prototyping, and cross-functional delivery.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user interviews, contextual inquiries, and usability testing with attorneys, paralegals, and litigation support professionals
• Design end-to-end user experiences for complex features including document review, search, analytics, and data visualization
• Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes that communicate design concepts and facilitate feedback
• Partner with product managers to define problems, explore solutions, and prioritize design work
• Work closely with engineers throughout the development process, providing specs, assets, and guidance

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience designing complex SaaS products
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools: Figma, Figma Make, Claude Code, or similar
• Understanding of user research methodologies and ability to translate insights into design decisions
• Strong visual design skills with attention to typography, color, layout, and interaction details
