The role involves leading the visual evolution of the company website, creating motion graphics using 3D renders and After Effects to shape technical narratives, and partnering with leadership to transform complex ideas into persuasive presentations and training materials. Additionally, the designer will build custom visual assets and define the external brand understanding of the company's mission.
Responsibilities
- Lead the visual evolution of our website, ensuring fast seamless, and immersive user experience, while managing regular updates and layout improvements
- Use high-end 3D renders, After Effects, motion graphics, UI animations, to help shape the narrative of complex technical systems
- Partner with leadership, engineering, and business development to transform complex ideas into stunning, persuasive decks, presentations, and training materials
- Build custom iconography, 2D/3D content, and assets that set us apart
- Ideate and create how external audiences understand who we are and the mission we stand for
Requirements
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and Figma
- Familiarity with 3D software to support the creation of short form animation of a product or system effect in action
- Experience with CMS platforms (like WordPress, Weblow, and Framer) and a solid understanding of responsive design
- Experience creating app-like experiences within a presentation using transitions, embedded video, and custom-iconography
- Deep understanding of typography, creating technical schematics, and illustrations
- Discipline to ensure branding is consistent throughout the entirety of design
