Senior Graphic Designer - Proposals

This role is key in proposal efforts, collaborating closely with proposal development teams on layout, production, and RFP compliance. Responsibilities also include supporting digital and print marketing projects like social media graphics and creating visual elements such as tables and infographics.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the Creative Services and Business Development Services teams
- Produce layout and design work for proposals, presentations, and marketing collateral
- Partner with proposal managers and subject matter experts to inform strategy and develop effective design and graphic approaches
- Create concepts and designs for tables, infographics, and other visual elements
- Process, retouch, and organize project photography
Requirements
- Bachelorās degree in Graphic Design or a related field
- 10+ years experience in a proposal or marketing environment
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
- Strong photo-retouching and image-manipulation skills
- Exceptional craft, editorial layout abilities, communication skills, and attention to detail
