Graphic Designer

The Graphic Designer will elevate the brand through high-impact visual storytelling across digital, print, motion, and video channels, partnering with marketing, sales, HR, and leadership. This role involves designing marketing assets, leading video production end-to-end, and creating materials for internal communications and sales enablement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and evolve Carolina Handling’s visual identity across all marketing and internal communication channels
• Maintain brand standards, templates, and guidelines to ensure consistency across digital, print, video, presentations, and physical environments
• Serve as brand steward, aligning all creative output with company values, positioning, and tone
• Design and execute high-impact marketing assets, including sales presentations, case studies, campaign creative, website visuals, landing pages, email graphics, and trade show materials
• Translate complex technical and service-based offerings into clear, compelling visual narratives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Marketing or similar or equivalent years of hands-on experience
• 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design and multimedia production
• Demonstrated experience supporting both external marketing and internal communications
• Strong portfolio showcasing visual storytelling and brand execution, presentation design and executive-level materials, video and motion graphics, experience producing both long-form and short-form video content
