Senior Product Designer

The role involves leading the design of end-to-end product experiences, from initial concept through polished execution, while also building upon existing design foundations by refining patterns and evolving the design system. Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional partners to define problems and ship outcomes, translating user insights into solutions, and continuously iterating based on feedback and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of end-to-end product experiences, from initial concept through polished execution
• Build on existing design foundations by refining patterns, improving consistency, and contributing to the evolution of the design system
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional partners to shape problem definitions, explore solutions, and ship polished outcomes
• Translate user insights, data, and feedback into clear interaction models and elegant visual solutions
• Produce high-quality deliverables including flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final production assets with strong attention to detail
• Continuously iterate on shipped work using customer feedback and product metrics to drive measurable improvements

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional design experience
• Portfolio that demonstrates best work
• Thrive in an environment where you have autonomy to execute and take initiative
• Deep understanding of design systems and a strong sense of visual and interaction design craft
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
