Senior Product Designer - AI Experience

The Senior Product Designer will be responsible for conceiving and evolving the digital ecosystem by leveraging consumer insights to craft human-centered AI experiences that meet business objectives. This includes designing usable interfaces, contributing to strategic planning, and partnering with multidisciplinary teams from conception through launch and iteration.
Responsibilities
- Leverage consumer insights and data to craft human-centered AI experiences
- Design usable and visually appealing interfaces that enhance user experience
- Contribute to strategic planning and roadmap definition alongside the product and multidisciplinary agile team
- Present work to a variety of audiences, including executives and stakeholders
- Partner with product managers, product owners, engineers, researchers, UX writers, to produce quality, delightful interfaces
- Leverage and interpret Design System libraries and design guidelines for multiple brands
- Generate final assets and work with developers to implement and validate specifications
- Give and solicit feedback from other designers and the product team
- Elevate the team’s design practices and methodologies, while being an advocate for user-centered, data-driven design
Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant experience designing digital products
- Proven track record of success
- Capacity to understand business needs and translate them into design requirements
- Experience delivering end-to-end digital solutions within a cross-functional team environment
- Ability to contribute to multiple initiatives concurrently, with ambiguous scope
- Expertise in usability and user-centered design practices
- Visual design experience
- Mastery of design tools (e.g. Figma)
- Experience with UX research tools an asset
- Experience in producing process flows, content inventories, wireframes, prototypes, and polished interface design files
