Responsibilities
- User Research & Market Analysis: Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and usability testing to understand customer workflows, industry trends, and emerging best practices
- Interaction & Visual Design: Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that enhance usability and engagement
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Lead design projects, directing and delegating work for more junior team members and building strong partnerships with cross-functional stakeholders
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work and process
- FinTech knowledge/experience is preferred
- Experience utilizing various user research methods (e.g. interviews, surveys, usability testing), and translating insights from research to your designs
- Strong critical and design thinking skills
