Senior Product Designer

The role involves designing intuitive end-to-end user flows and experiences for mobile and web applications, preparing UX deliverables, and maintaining design documentation and systems. Responsibilities also include promoting consistent design patterns, supporting user research, and presenting design rationale to stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Design intuitive end-to-end user flows and experiences
- Prepare and hand over UX deliverables to relevant teams
- Create and maintain design documentation and systems
- Promote consistent design patterns and standards
- Support user research, testing, and validation activities
- Present design recommendations and rationale to stakeholders
- Collaborate with designers, product, engineering, and QA teams
- Participate in design reviews and team rituals
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in product design across web and mobile platforms
- 4+ years of visual design experience
- Portfolio demonstrating relevant design work
- Degree in design or related field, or equivalent experience
- Strong knowledge of responsive and mobile UI/UX principles
- Experience with user-centred design methods and accessibility
- Experience working in cross-functional agile teams
- Ability to validate design decisions using data and evidence
- Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Suite
