Senior Product Designer

The role involves leading projects from brief to delivery, embedding design strategies, and providing technical design leadership within the Product Team. Responsibilities span technical leadership, design execution, user research planning, data analysis for UX recommendations, and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Technical Leadership: Providing subtle leadership and guidance and mentorship to others
- Design: Approaching the UX of our products with a holistic mindset
- User Research: Planning, facilitating and reporting on user research studies
- Data & insights: Analysing data, analytics and user insights to make informed UX and research recommendations
- Collaboration: Articulating ideas to Product Managers and the wider team and business
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience in Product Design
- Strong background in both UX and UI
- Focus on mobile apps and within SaaS products
- Strategic thinker
- Extensive design system knowledge
- Ability to define and articulate business or user problems
- Strong user interface and interaction design skills
