The Senior Product Designer will lead growth initiatives across the customer lifecycle, partnering with Product to define the roadmap and translate strategies into measurable experiments and product experiences. This involves designing solutions for onboarding, activation, engagement, retention, and expansion while driving learning through experimentation and data analysis.
Responsibilities
- Lead growth initiatives across the customer lifecycle
- Translate growth strategies and hypotheses into experiments and product improvements
- Design experiences such as onboarding flows and feature discovery
- Partner with Product and Engineering to shape and run experiments
- Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering leaders
Requirements
- 6-10 years of product design experience
- Portfolio demonstrating ownership of complex product problems and measurable impact
- Experience designing B2B SaaS products
- Strong understanding of product-led growth and product funnels
- Experience working in experimentation-driven environments
