Lead Product Designer

The Lead Product Designer will own end-to-end product design for core user experiences across the SaaS platform, focusing on complex areas like admin workflows, data reporting, and human interaction with AI features. Responsibilities include championing human-centered design, building a scalable design system, and collaborating closely with product, engineering, and leadership to translate insights into product decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product design on high-impact projects, from discovery and research through interaction design, prototyping, and delivery
• Design core admin workflows that enable HR and L&D leaders to configure, launch, and manage mentoring, coaching, and group programs with confidence and minimal friction
• Create data and reporting experiences that help non-technical decision-makers quickly see what’s working, where to intervene, and how to demonstrate program value to stakeholders

Requirements

• BS or MS in Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, Behavioral Design, or a related field - or equivalent research-grounded industry experience
• 3–5+ years of applied product design experience, with at least 2 years in B2B SaaS or enterprise software
• A portfolio that demonstrates work on complex, data-heavy, or AI-adjacent systems - not consumer-facing UX
• Strong data visualization and information architecture skills
• Figma proficiency including component libraries, auto-layout, and design tokens
