The UX Researcher will execute end-to-end research across the product development lifecycle, including study design, moderation, analysis, and communication of findings to inform feature and product decisions. This involves conducting tactical and foundational studies like usability tests and interviews to improve adoption, usability, and trust in AI-powered experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Execute end-to-end research across the product development lifecycle
  • Conduct a range of tactical and foundational studies to help teams understand customer needs and improve the user experience
  • Partner with designers, product managers, engineers, and senior researchers to evaluate concepts, prototypes, and live product experiences
  • Identify usability issues, unmet customer needs, and opportunities to improve adoption, trust, and overall experience quality

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Factors, HCDE, Cognitive Psychology or equivalent
  • Experience with all aspects of research (study design, recruiting, moderation, analysis, reporting)
  • Have a portfolio demonstrating past work experience and deliverables
  • 2+ years of applied research experience
