Senior UX researcher

The Senior UX Researcher will design and conduct qualitative and quantitative research to understand customer needs and behaviors, planning and executing usability testing, interviews, and research workshops. They will collaborate with product designers, product owners, and data teams to translate findings into actionable product recommendations and compelling presentations for stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Design and conduct qualitative and quantitative research to better understand customer needs and behaviors
- Plan and execute usability testing, interviews, and research workshops
- Collaborate with product designers, product owners, and data teams to define research questions and hypotheses
- Translate research findings into actionable insights and product recommendations
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in UX / User Research
- Strong experience with qualitative research methods such as interviews, usability testing, workshops, ethnographic research, and persona development
- Experience conducting end-to-end research projects — from planning and recruitment to analysis and presentation of insights
