Senior UX researcher

The primary responsibility involves planning, conducting, and translating user research into actionable product insights to help teams understand customer needs and validate concepts across discovery, concept validation, and prototype stages. This role will also design and conduct research, establish and improve research processes, and synthesize findings into evidence-based recommendations for product teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and conduct user research to better understand customer needs and identify pain points
• Support strategic research initiatives and translate findings into actionable insights for product direction
• Establish and improve research processes across discovery, concept validation, and prototyping stages
• Choose and apply the right qualitative and quantitative research methods based on product questions and goals
• Analyze existing research, identify insight gaps, and define ways to strengthen research quality

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in User Research
• Strong hands-on experience with qualitative research methods
• Proven experience across the full research lifecycle
• Practical experience with usability testing, participant recruitment, scheduling, moderation, and research deliverables
• Experience facilitating usability tests and interviews for software products, including remote research
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills
