UX Researcher & Ops - Apprenticeship - M/W

The apprentice will assist the UX Researcher in conducting qualitative and quantitative studies by coordinating stakeholders, gathering existing data, and supporting user recruitment for interviews and tests. Responsibilities also include taking notes during studies, summarizing learnings, and helping to track the implementation of recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for helping the UX Researcher conduct qualitative and quantitative studies
• Coordinating with internal stakeholders to gather useful information or data to frame the project and adapt the methodology
• Gather insights from previous research
• Look for data from the website analytics tool to understand trends in terms of online user behaviors
• Gather qualitative customer feedbacks about the research topic
• Support user recruitment to organize qualitative interviews, usability tests, concept tests, focus groups
• Take part in studies by assisting the UX Researcher and UX/UI Designers
• Take notes during user interviews or user tests, and summarize the learnings
• Create report documents and share them with teams
• Identify KPI, metrics or qualitative ways to measure how insights enabled the company to upgrade and improve user experience
• Play an active role in making UX Research accessible among all teams
• Update the research depository and knowledge spaces to make sure they're always up to date
• Organize internal training among teams to share knowledge and make pedagogy about UX research practices and tools
• Responsible and animate Users clubs Pannels

Requirements

• Following a master's degree or equivalent in service design, user experience, user research or similar
• Empathy towards users, with a strong willingness to understand their path, needs and difficulties
• A strong team player, collaborative and willing to find solutions
• Someone pragmatic and problem-solving oriented
• Communication skills to be excellent in both verbal and written form (French and English)
• Familiarity with UX design and service design methodologies
