Lead Product Designer

Lead the design and development of digital products from ideation through to build, collaborating closely with strategists, developers, and business stakeholders. Ensure quality through consistent visual design, accessible design system components, and adherence to UX principles, while designing conversational and agentic user interfaces.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of digital products from ideation to shipping
- Ensure quality across product touchpoints
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Champion the continuous improvement of design practices
- Mentor designers of all levels and provide structured learning opportunities
Requirements
- Rich experience designing digital products and interface solutions
- Strong foundations in user experience and interaction design principles
- Exceptional visual design skills
- Experience creating programme-wide design guidelines
- Familiarity with front-end fundamentals (HTML/CSS, React component structure)
