The role involves gathering user insights through testing and developing innovative methods to enhance the end-to-end user experience for digital products. Responsibilities include creating design artifacts like personas, wireframes, and prototypes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless user satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Gathering insights into user needs and preferences through interviews, surveys, and usability testing
- Develop and implement innovative methods to improve the end-to-end user experience
- Create user personas, journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes
- Develop UI mockups and prototypes
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on UX/UI experience
- Strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI design skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Psychology, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field
- Knowledge of usability principles and techniques
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
