The Staff Product Designer will lead the design of complex, multi-sided marketplace flows, acting as the 'Source of Truth' for the design language and overseeing the evolution of the component library. This role involves strategic partnership with Product and Engineering to define roadmaps and elevating the design team's output through rigorous reviews and mentorship.
Responsibilities

- Help define the product roadmap
- Oversee the evolution of our component library
- Use qualitative research and quantitative data to validate hypotheses
- Elevate the output of the design team through rigorous design reviews
- Mentor Senior Designers
Requirements
- 10+ years in Product Design
- Significant track record of delivering high-impact B2B, SaaS, or Marketplace products
- Systems thinker
- Communication skills
- Tooling expertise
- Product sense
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
