The role involves taking broad, conceptual ideas and transforming them into useful and valuable products for over 2 billion users, driving product strategy and innovation across a large organization. Responsibilities include designing leading-edge concepts through end-to-end flows, driving design prioritization, and communicating strategic decisions regarding product direction.
Responsibilities
- Take broad, conceptual ideas and turn them into something useful and valuable for our 2 billion+ users
- Drive product strategy and innovation across a large organization
- Design leading-edge concepts through the craft of end-to-end flows
- Drive design prioritization and execution
- Design new experiences or layouts that improve visual systems
- Give and solicit feedback from a broader product team
- Act as a key cross-functional lead accountable for the success of the initiative
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in relevant field
- 8+ years of experience building and shipping applications or software at company-level scale
- Interaction design experience
- Visual design experience
- Strategic product thinking
