UI UX designer

The UI/UX Designer will translate product requirements and user needs into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. They will collaborate closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and iterate on designs based on feedback and usability testing.

Responsibilities

• Translate product requirements and user needs into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
• Design intuitive, visually compelling interfaces that balance aesthetics with functionality
• Apply UX best practices to optimize usability, accessibility, and user flows
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently
• Iterate on designs based on feedback, analytics, and usability testing
• Maintain and contribute to design systems, style guides, and UI patterns

Requirements

• Proven experience as a UI/UX designer with a strong portfolio of web and/or mobile projects
• Highly skilled in Figma (or similar design/prototyping tools)
• Solid understanding of UX principles: information architecture, interaction design, and user-centered design
• Exceptional visual design skills: typography, color, layout, and attention to detail
• Ability to communicate design decisions clearly and effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Creative problem solver who balances user needs, business goals, and technical constraints
