Product Designer, Enterprise/Platform

Design end-to-end product experiences across onboarding, core workflows, and advanced use cases. Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to translate complex requirements into clear, intuitive experiences.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end product experiences across onboarding, core workflows, and advanced use cases
• Simplify complex systems into intuitive interfaces that support both new and experienced users
• Partner closely with Product and Engineering to define problems, explore solutions, and ship high-quality features
• Use user research and product insights to inform design decisions that improve usability, retention, and engagement
• Help grow our user research practice by participating in interviews, usability testing, and by contributing to expanding our shared research methods
• Contribute to and evolve our design system, helping scale components, patterns, and guidelines as the product and team grow

Requirements

• A portfolio demonstrating strong product thinking and ownership of features from concept through launch
• Comfort designing multi-step workflows and systems that scale over time
• Experience designing user flows that improve clarity, usability, and adoption
• A strong visual and interaction design foundation with attention to detail and polish
• Experience contributing to or helping scale a design system in a growing organization
• Familiarity with user research methods such as interviews, usability testing, and synthesis
• Clear communication skills and comfort collaborating cross-functionally
