
Product Designer

The Product Designer will partner with leadership, product managers, and engineers to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap by understanding complex user needs. Key duties involve conducting user research, creating design artifacts like wireframes and prototypes, and collaborating with engineering to implement user-centric solutions.
Responsibilities
- Work with the Director of User Experience and the Product Manager to establish the vision and strategy for products
- Conduct regular user research, create customer personas, and conduct analysis on qualitative and quantitative data
- Create initial concepts, wireframes, designs, mockups, prototypes for testing, and designs for experimentation and development
- Proactively seek user feedback through testing and interviews
- Collaborate with Engineers on the Product Development team to create solutions based on research and user insights
- Ideate and implement user-centric designs
Requirements
- 18 years or older
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Strong UI design skills
- UX and research skills
- Conceptual understanding of technical requirements and architecture
- Exceptional communication skills
