Senior Product Designer

The Senior Product Designer will lead the creative direction for the e-commerce brand across product design, media campaigns, and user experience, while managing and mentoring a team of designers. This role involves translating global brand guidelines into localized, customer-centric creative executions for all customer-facing touchpoints.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creative and visual direction for MAF Carrefour across e‑commerce content, digital campaigns, UX/UI design, and all customer-facing touchpoints
• Translate global brand guidelines into localized, customer‑centric creative executions
• Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary design team
• Establish, optimize, and enforce creative workflows and quality standards
• Oversee multiple projects concurrently, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining strong attention to detail and design excellence
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, e-commerce, UX, product, and commercial stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
• 6–8 years of professional experience in graphic design, branding, animation, and video production
• Exceptional design and problem‑solving skills
• Proven experience translating global brand guidelines into digital and e‑commerce environments
• Experience managing and developing creative teams or studio environments
• Strong communication and language capabilities, including proficiency in English and Arabic
