Senior Product Designer

The Senior Product Designer will own the end-to-end design of product features, translating complex B2B workflows into intuitive interfaces and clear user flows while collaborating closely with Product and Engineering to iterate quickly. Key duties include producing high-quality interaction and visual design, contributing to the design system, and leading user research initiatives to reduce cognitive load.
Responsibilities
- Own the design of product features from early discovery to delivery
- Translate complex workflows into intuitive interfaces
- Work closely with Product and Engineering to iterate quickly and ship high-quality experiences
- Contribute to the development of reusable patterns and components in Figma
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in product design or UI/UX design
- Proficiency in user-centered design methodologies
- Mastery of Figma
