The Product Designer is responsible for designing and developing reusable product solutions across the entire product solution lifecycle, including research, design, testing, documentation, and iteration based on user feedback. This role involves close collaboration with Product Management, development, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to translate strategy into tangible product outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Research and Analysis: Conduct comprehensive research on use cases to understand client needs and requirements
- Solution Design and Development: Create scope documents for discussion in collaboration with Product, Sales & Marketing
- Testing and Quality Assurance: Perform or arrange testing of product solutions to ensure functionality and performance
- Documentation: Write comprehensive documentation for each solution, including installation guides, user manuals, and technical specifications
- User Feedback and Iteration: Gather and analyse feedback from users, sales, and marketing to identify areas for improvement
- Integrations and Implementations: Collaborate with third-party technology partners to design and implement integrations
Requirements
- Experience in the worker's compensation discipline and/or the Solv Injury product
- High-level technical capability from working with or around SaaS platforms
- Excitement and ambition for contributing to the success of a product with high growth opportunity
- Strong stakeholder management ability
