Lead/ Staff Product Designer - KICK

The Lead/Staff Product Designer will lead the entire design process from discovery through delivery, creating high-quality, scalable experiences for creators, viewers, and moderators on the live streaming platform. This role involves partnering with Product and Engineering to shape the roadmap, mentoring the design team, and championing human-centered solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead the full design process, from discovery and problem framing through to delivery and iteration
- Design high-quality, scalable experiences across KICK's live streaming platform
- Translate complex requirements into engaging user-focused solutions
- Uphold a high standard of visual and interaction design
- Conduct or collaborate on user research, competitive analysis, and usability testing
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in product design
- Proven end-to-end ownership of design projects
- Interest or knowledge in streaming, gaming, or emerging technologies
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- High-quality UX and UI craft with accessibility best practices
- Strong communicator who can clearly articulate design decisions and rationale
