CBS - BMC - Creative Services - Senior Graphic Designer

The Senior Graphic Designer will conceptualize and design various branding materials, including brochures, presentations, and social media collaterals, while strictly adhering to EY brand guidelines and quality expectations. Key duties involve liaising with coordinators and content teams to translate strategic concepts into effective print and interactive collateral, often involving impactful proposals and illustrations.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design branding materials, such as brochures, placemats, illustrations, layouts, infographics, on-screen presentations, proposals, and social media collaterals
• Adhere to EY brand guidelines, meet and exceed defined expectations in terms of aesthetics, quality, turnaround time, and efficiency
• Familiar with the latest design trends and advocate the same to team members and customers
• Mentor junior team members on best design practices
• Prioritize deadlines and effectively manage multiple creative projects parallelly
• Communicate effectively with customers while understanding design briefs and sharing ideas
• Provide unique and innovative design solutions to customers and convince them to make the right design choices
• Take ownership and work as a design consultant independently

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or college diploma (preferably in Graphic Design or related discipline)
• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe Document Cloud (Interactive Media)
• Strong visual design capability
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
