Product Designer

The role involves defining the product roadmap, analyzing the market, and participating in co-creation workshops with internal teams and clients. Responsibilities also include conducting qualitative and quantitative user research to identify needs and mapping the user experience using personas and user journeys.
Responsibilities
- Collaboration and strategy: Participate in defining the product roadmap, analyzing the market and products, and identifying innovation opportunities
- Discovery: Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research, identifying user needs, frustrations, and behaviors
- Conception UX/UI: Design fluid user journeys and attractive, intuitive interfaces, producing wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
- Develop, maintain, and apply the Design System: components, styles, and guidelines
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Product Design
- Expertise in design, including discovery, ideation, conception, and UI design
- Ouverture to AI and innovative tools
- Excellent communication in English
- Solid portfolio, diversity of projects and sectors
