The Senior Product Designer will be responsible for crafting exceptional product experiences by maintaining high quality standards in visual and interaction design, and rapidly prototyping and iterating on ideas with product and engineering teams. Key duties also involve building and evolving design systems, deeply understanding users through research, and using product KPIs to guide design improvements.
Responsibilities
- Craft Exceptional Product Experiences: Designing intuitive, elegant product experiences, maintaining very high quality standards in visual and interaction design
- Prototype & Iterate Rapidly: Build low-fidelity and high-fidelity prototypes (with or without AI), use prototypes to test ideas quickly and validate design decisions
- Build and Evolve Design Systems: Designing reusable components and patterns, maintaining consistency across products
- Deeply Understand Users: Conduct user research and usability testing, run structured surveys and customer interviews
- Use Product KPIs: Understanding key product and growth metrics, considering how design decisions influence conversion, engagement, retention, and adoption
- Stay Curious About the Market: Study competitors and adjacent products, analyze both direct and indirect competitors
Requirements
- Significant experience designing digital products
- Experience in both B2C and B2B products (B2C experience strongly preferred)
- Experience designing products for marketplaces, superapps, platforms, or multi-sided ecosystems is highly valuable
- Strong experience with prototyping, usability testing, and design systems
- You believe that details matter, and you care deeply about the quality of the final product experience
- You have a strong sense of design quality and craft and consistently maintain a high bar for user experience and visual execution
- You are comfortable using AI-powered tools and modern design technologies to accelerate your workflow and create prototypes quickly
