Senior Graphic Designer

The Senior Graphic Designer develops strong conceptual frameworks and delivers high-impact design across catalogs, ecommerce, and digital channels, leading the creation of pages that drive profitable sales growth. This role manages projects from concept through production and plays a key part in evolving the brandās visual expression.
Responsibilities
- Lead the creation of catalog and digital pages that drive profitable sales growth and position Landsā End as an industry leader
- Ensure all creative output remains consistently on brand across print and digital channels
- Partner closely with Copywriters, Production Specialists, and Graphic Designers in a highly collaborative team environment
- Collaborate in planning and organizing photography needs, including on-figure and off-figure shoots
- Present design concepts and work-in-progress to creative leadership and cross-functional partners; prepare presentation materials as needed
- Communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Merchandising, and others) to fully support business objectives through creative execution
- Build strong working relationships that foster trust, collaboration, and a positive team environment
- Create additional marketing and brand creative as needed
- Support the Creative Director on special projects and initiatives as needed
- Drive the ongoing evolution of the brand through thoughtful design leadership and creative problem-solving
- Inspire and energize the creative team through brainstorming, collaboration, and enthusiasm for the work
- Mentor, develop, and coach junior designers, including onboarding, performance development, and ongoing feedback
Requirements
- Bachelorās degree in Graphic Design or a related field
- Minimum of 8 years of professional graphic design experience with a strong focus on both print and digital
- Strong understanding of the Landsā End customer and how to design for their needs and expectations
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), and Figma
- Familiarity with collaborative tools such as Miro is a plus
- Strong conceptual thinker with a clear point of view and the ability to translate ideas into effective selling design
- Strong foundation in design principles, typography, color theory, and layout across digital and print media
- Excellent presentation, communication, and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Proven leadership skills with experience guiding and developing other designers
