Hybrid $80,000 - $95,000 Full-time Senior

The role involves serving as a primary in-house creative resource, owning visual and video execution, and designing/producing on-brand marketing assets across digital campaigns, presentations, and social content. The individual will also plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content, create motion graphics, and maintain evolving brand standards.

Responsibilities

  • Play a critical role in shaping our brands’ visual identity and producing high-impact content that supports marketing, sales, and digital initiatives
  • Serve as a primary in-house creative resource, owning visual and video execution across the organization
  • Design and produce on-brand marketing assets including digital campaigns, presentations, sales enablement materials, social content, and internal communications
  • Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content (brand stories, product videos, testimonials, executive messages, social-first video)
  • Create motion graphics and animated video elements to elevate storytelling and engagement
  • Partner closely with marketing, content, sales, and leadership teams to ensure creative aligns with business objectives
  • Maintain and evolve brand standards, ensuring visual consistency across all touchpoints (digital assets for website, sales collateral, social media channels, and digital advertisements)
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects while balancing speed, quality, and priorities
  • Act as a creative advisor, offering recommendations on visual direction, video formats, and emerging best practices

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of professional experience in graphic design, videography, and video editing/animation, ideally in an in-house or brand-led environment
  • A strong portfolio showcasing brand systems, graphic design, video storytelling, and motion design
  • Advanced proficiency in: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Video and motion tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut, or equivalent)
  • Solid experience with end-to-end video production, including lighting, audio, camera operation, and post-production
  • Strong understanding of brand consistency, visual hierarchy, and communication design
  • Ability to translate business and marketing goals into clear, compelling visuals
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills
  • High attention to detail with strong organizational and time-management skills
